Hello! Welcome to my Blog! My name is Najma Mohamed, and I am a Certified Holistic Nutritionist with a Diploma from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Vancouver, Canada. I am deeply passionate about natural health because I believe that having a clear mind, sharp cognitive reasoning, and the ability to focus—paired with a physical body that is free from fatigue and inflammation—forms the cornerstone of health for every age group.


As a person living with an autoimmune illness, I have, through trial and error, come to deeply understand the powerful impact of food—both its healing and harmful effects. This journey has taught me how to harness the benefits of anti-inflammatory foods and build a robust nutrient reserve to support my body’s growth, repair, and resilience in the face of illness and stress. This knowledge has not only transformed my health but also inspired my passion for helping others achieve their own wellness goals.
